You can not upgrade your subscription yourself through Control Panel. That is because most upgrades will require changes to your website. Therefore, your assigned representative will be able to help you through the upgrade process, both with regards to billing and setting up new services that are included with the plan you have upgraded to.

To begin your upgrade, contact your personal representative directly by sending an email to [email protected]. Your representative will reach out to you to learn more about your expanded needs and begin preparing to make necessary changes.

You can also initiate this process by calling our Customer Service at 855-344-8898, or by chatting with us through your Control Panel account. However, your representative might not be available to assist you at that time, in which case our customer service agent will begin the initial billing-related preparations and let your representative handle it from there.
