Make changes using Control Panel
Requesting changes to your website is easy with your Control Panel account. Simply log in and select "Edit site" from the buttons in the menu bar.
A step-by-step form will take you through the process of requesting changes. Depending on your subscription, you might need to pay to make some changes. You will be requested to make that payment in the form.
Chat with your representative
You can also request changes by chatting directly with your personal representative through Control Panel. Click the chat button in the lower-left corner of your screen. You must be logged in to your account in order to be automatically assigned to the correct representative. Keep in mind that your representative is unlikely to be available after 5:00 PM Central Time. Other representatives may be able to help.

Self-Edit Access feature
Customers with access to the Self-Edit Access feature, available as part of the Plus and Pro subscription plans, can make changes themselves using their website's content management system. To access the Self-Edit Access CMS system, visit your website's URL and add "/donewebs/" to log in. (e.g. mydomain.com/donewebs/)
